Abstract

Kualitas citra CT-Scan kepala sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan parameter teknis, khususnya slice thickness, yang menentukan keseimbangan antara resolusi spasial dan tingkat noise, terutama pada visualisasi struktur tulang. Pada kasus trauma kepala, kualitas citra yang optimal diperlukan untuk mendeteksi fraktur secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan kualitas citra CT-Scan kepala bone window pada kasus trauma dengan variasi slice thickness 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, dan 7 mm serta menentukan slice thickness yang paling optimal. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder dari 10 pasien trauma kepala di RSUD Kabupaten Melawi periode Agustus-Oktober 2025. Data direkonstruksi ulang dan dianalisis secara objektif menggunakan nilai SNR dan CNR melalui software RadiAnt DICOM serta secara subjektif melalui kuesioner. Analisis statistik meliputi uji Shapiro-Wilk, Repeated Measure ANOVA, dan Fleiss’ Kappa. Hasil menunjukkan variasi slice thickness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas citra (p < 0,001). Slice thickness 3 mm memberikan kualitas citra terbaik dan direkomendasikan untuk pemeriksaan CT-Scan kepala bone window kasus trauma.
